What to Expect When Booking a Service
At RXLEX, every project is handled with care and completed in the order received. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please take a moment to review the process and policies below:
Booking Process

Book Your Service
Once your service is booked, your spot is secured in the design queue. No work will begin until all necessary steps are completed. -
Sign the Service Agreement
After booking, you’ll receive a service agreement via email. This must be signed and returned before your project can move forward. Important policies are included, so please read carefully. -
Submit Required Materials
After the agreement is submitted, you’ll receive a checklist detailing the content needed to begin your project. Please follow the format provided on our website design policy pages to avoid delays. -
Project Enters the Work Queue
Projects are scheduled in the order they are received once all materials are turned in and approved. Your project will not begin production until it is officially in the queue.
Production & Turnaround Times

Processing Time vs. Production Time:
These are separate! Production only begins once all materials are approved and your project is in the queue. -
Turnaround Time Information:
Turnaround time for each service is listed in the description of the specific service you book, along with clear next steps after booking. Please review the service description carefully before booking. -
Typical Turnaround Time:
Varies depending on project scope and your responsiveness. Missing materials or delayed payments will push your project to the back of the queue. -
Need it sooner?
A Rush Fee is available to prioritize your project. Rush orders are completed in 2–3 business days instead of the standard 7–14 business days, depending on availability. - ** Please Note: Some services will take longer than 7-14 business days, please read the description to know turnaround time.
Booking Expectations
Please plan ahead when booking your service.
Because I am working with multiple clients at any given time, it is strongly recommended to book early if you have a specific deadline in mind. Branding projects take time to complete properly and should never be rushed.
If you need a quicker turnaround, you must request a Rush Order at the time of booking. Otherwise, please understand that standard projects cannot be completed in just a few days or within a week.

My calendar often fills quickly, so reserving your spot in advance is the best way to ensure I can accommodate your project needs. Please do not book last minute. Thoughtful planning helps ensure the best possible results.
