Refund policy

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an issue may arise surrounding a physical product (lashes, lash accessories) as in defective item, wrong item you must send the item back in the condition it was received in for an exchange or full refund. Please send photos of the issue of the item upon receipt and we can take care of the issue. RXLEX will be responsible for shipping charges if we are at fault for the error. In every other situation the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Upon inspection, it is under the discretion of RXLEX to administer a refund or an exchange.

Please note: this process only pertains to physical products (lashes, and lash accessories).

Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not do any refunds whatsoever. To ensure the safety of our customers during the hard times COVID19 has brought, we will not be accepting refunds of any type.
