Step 1: Complete Required Paperwork
To begin your project, you must fully complete and submit the Design Form and the Service Agreement.
Please note these are two separate documents, and both must be turned in before any work begins.
You are also required to include logo references and inspiration images within your design form. Submissions without references will not be accepted, as references are essential for understanding your vision and expectations.
Step 2: Initial Logo Sketches
Once your paperwork is approved, I will begin creating conceptual logo sketches based on the information and references you provided. This is the creative foundation of your logo.
Step 3: Logo Preview Sheet
You will receive a logo preview sheet containing several logo options.
For previewing purposes, all initial logo concepts will be presented in black and white only. This allows you to focus on structure, style, and overall design without distraction.
Step 4: Style Selection & Design Expansion
After you select your preferred logo concept, I will refine and expand on that design. This includes polishing details, adjusting proportions, and introducing color, textures, and visual enhancements to bring the logo to life.
Step 5: Additional Logos (If Applicable)
If your package includes multiple logos, the remaining logos will be designed to match and complement your chosen primary logo, ensuring brand consistency across all variations.
Step 6: Final Review
You will be shown a final look of your completed logo design(s) for review before delivery.
Step 7: File Delivery
Once finalized, your logo files will be delivered via email. You will receive:
• A black and white version
• The final colored version
• SVG files for professional use and manufacturing
