This essential service is for brands who need manufacturer-ready design elements to accompany their apparel mockups. Please note: this add-on does not include the full mockup itself — it is intended to support a separate mockup purchase by providing all the extra files needed for production.

When creating a custom mockup, every visual element (like logos, graphics, and patches) must be formatted properly for your manufacturer. This add-on provides those production-ready files, making your design not just visually appealing, but also ready for flawless execution.

This service includes:

• Individual high-resolution files of each design element

• Vector logo files (AI, SVG, or PDF formats)

• Phrases and typography used in the design

• Custom patchwork artwork

• Emblems, icons, and badges

• Graphic placements (e.g., sleeve, back, chest)

• Color codes (Pantone/Hex) for printing accuracy

• Optional seamline or placement guides

• File organization optimized for manufacturer use

This step is critical in transforming your concept into a tangible product. With this add-on, you’re setting your clothing line up for a smooth and professional production process.

This service provides you with a fully custom graphic design for your clothing project, and you will receive full rights to the design.

Please Read Before Adding This Service

This add-on is only necessary if you do not already have production-ready design files (such as logos, phrases, or graphic elements) for your apparel mockup.

If you already have your custom design files prepared in the correct formats (PDF, SVG, AI, etc.) and simply need them placed onto a mockup, you do not need to add this service — just make sure those files are submitted at the time of booking.

However, if you do not have these files ready, or you’d like me to create new custom elements (such as logos, patchwork, emblems, or typography designs), you must select this add-on.

Please note:

• This add-on does not include the mockup itself. It only covers the creation and delivery of separate design elements.

• Service will not begin until all necessary files or direction are provided.

This step ensures your mockup is not only visually strong but also technically sound for manufacturing.

Please note for right now top and bottom is considered an outfit, back and front is considered a separate outfit.

What happens after you have placed your order? (Please Read):

1. You will receive the service agreement, and a design form containing information needed for the next steps of service within 24-48 hours of booking via e-mail (I will send the email to the email address provided during booking. If you do not receive 2 emails, please contact me!)

2. You will have 30 days to return needed information to me within the correct format. All directions will be listed in detail within the email that I send,

3. Information must be turned in within the exact format or your project will not move on to the next step.

Order processing time: 24-48 Hours (Includes signing of service agreement process please see policies if you have questions pertaining to design process)

Please be advised that Service turnaround time begins only when client turns in all required information and the information is approved. See policies for additional details.

**Please allow 2-14 Business days for service to be completed. Service can be completed sooner depending on the amount of orders at the time. If a rush order is needed please type in express order in the search bar and have your order moved to the top of the work queue.

NOTE: No work will begin until service agreement is signed by both parties.
